As usual, we weren’t on time for the trip that was planned for us to visit the new campus of WUST. It was just a 40 minutes bus ride from the old campus. When we arrived at our destination we immediately noticed the difference between the campus that we are staying in and the new one. The environment there was so much better with greeneries everywhere and the hostels were so much better compared to the ones that we were living in, everyone was so envious.
But if I had the choice to choose between the two campuses at the start, I will still stick with the one that we are living in. Even though the bed we have may not be as comfortable, the toilets may not be as clean and the environment may not be as pleasing but the people we meet and the bonds that we have with them cannot be compared with material. And I am sure everybody will agree with me, will we really trade everything we have with the local students with cleaner toilets and softer beds? NO WAY!
